1. A web site second to none which can be updated as and when I want, has had numerous compliments coming from; my bank business specialist, fellow estate agency professionals, landlords, family and friends.
   
   
2. An imaginative logo design prompting even those with the worst of memories, supplied in the differing formats needed to print boards and stationery.
   
   
3. An easy to operate property software package which helps with the day to day running of my business.
   
   
4. Still, always at the end of the phone providing help and advice so resolving what potentially is a problem.
